We have wide range of experience in the field of preparation and conducting the investments on the development and building process of the windfarms, bio-gas energy sources and residential building. Our range of legal assistance in this field is focused in particular on estimation of the location and investment possibilities, initiation and conduction of the proceeding of changing the local study of conditions and directions of the local development plan of particular commune, change or performance of the local development plan, negotiation of the power grid connection contracts with the proper operator, representation of the Investor before the public administration authorities, applying for proper administrative decisions,confirmations and settlements.
